Foot-and-Mouth Disease (Controlled Area) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001

This Order imposes, with variations and exceptions, the restrictions contained in Part III of the Foot and Mouth Disease Order (Northern Ireland) 1962 in Northern Ireland. The control on the movement of animals and carcases and on the holding of markets and sales set out in Articles 32 and 34 of that Order are replaced by the provisions set out in the Schedule and a new provision on the stalking of deer is added.
